Rainwater Harvesting System

Most of Southern BC, including Vancouver Island will probably be starting the summer of 2016 under drought conditions with the prospect of ever longer and far reaching water restrictions well into the  beginning of Fall. The River Forecast Centre will probably show long unbroken stretches of dry or very dry conditions. This will not be a surprise, it is part of a trend for many communities. The cause is a combination of extreme low snowpacks, warmer temperatures and below average rainfall at strategic times of the year. On the back of the disastrous forest fires and droughts we have seen this past year, many BC communities will have drafted plans to deal with water shortages and the provincial drought response plan will have been updated. The new Water Sustainability Act will allow the government to dictate who will have priority access to inadequate water resources in the future.

Is your water supply metered or are you on your well?

Our unique rainwater harvesting collection systems reveals beautiful natural looking pond less waterfall, water feature or bubbling rock while the custom sub-surface rainwater collection basin captures and stores clean, filtered and aerated rainwater. These systems are now adaptable to be circulated around the home supplying water for washing and flushing. Potable systems are now available with additional filtration systems

Our rainwater collection system is not restricted or limited to collecting rainwater from roofs alone.  We are able to capture and store rainwater from impermeable surfaces such as parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, roads and patios.

In fact, we have the ability to place our modular rainwater collection units directly beneath permeable objects such as the brick pavers patio shown in the image to the left. The benefit being the opportunity to capture, store and reuse the additional rainwater that falls on these surfaces.  You are left with a 100% usable space that could be used as a relaxing backyard patio or as an elegant lobby entrance.

We are very proud to offer our one of a kind, revolutionary rainwater harvesting and collection system for residential and business applications on Vancouver Island and Western British Columbia.
